Service Credit Terms
These Service Credit Terms govern your purchase, receipt, or use of any credit redeemable for MiroMind services.
These Service Credit Terms ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MiroMind, Inc. (including its affiliates) and govern your purchase, receipt, or use of any credit redeemable for MiroMind services ("Service Credit"). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall carry the meanings assigned in the primary agreement governing your use of MiroMind services (the "Main Agreement").
Types of Service Credits
We may offer prepaid credits for designated services ("Prepaid Credits"), which represent advance payments for future use. Specific services may be subject to additional terms.
We may also provide credits free of charge under promotional programs ("Promotional Credits"). Such credits shall not cover applicable transaction-based taxes (e.g., sales/use taxes).
Nature and Use of Credits
Service Credits are not legal currency and hold no monetary value. They are:
- Non-redeemable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable for cash (except where legally mandated)
- Non-transferable and tied solely to the designated service
- Non-refundable with a validity period of 12 months from issuance
- Subject to balance verification through your MiroMind account
User Responsibilities
You must proactively monitor your credit balance via authorized platforms. Credits do not constitute:
- Financial accounts or stored value instruments
- Personal property rights
- Substitutes for fiat currency
Restrictions and Enforcement
Any attempted transfer, sale, or trade of credits violates these Terms and may result in:
- Immediate credit revocation
- Service suspension or termination
- Account closure without refund
Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these Terms by posting updates on our website or sending email notifications. Continued use of credits after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
General Provisions
We may suspend or terminate services per the Main Agreement, including freezing credit balances in compliance with applicable laws. All prepaid sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
